By hosting a Coffee Morning you will be helping to ensure the free availability of specialist palliative care services to patients and families throughout Galway city and county. Last year alone our Home Care Team made 5,813 ‘Hospice at Home’ visits to patients and families in their own homes and there were 1,259 attendances by patients to the Day Care centre. These services depend entirely on voluntary contributions so go on….lift a cup and help a very worthy cause!
